Welcome to Michael Fields Jr’s Vendor page. The 1st annual festival is anticipating 600+ attendees and we want to have the best food for those who attend this great music event. If you have a food truck or food service company serving unique food for a great price, we are interested in you! While limited vendors will be selected, each application will be given full consideration.
2020 vendor pricing is as follows:
Food Truck/Wagon (fully self contained) – $200
10′ x 10′ Food Vendor Space – $100 (provide your own approved canopy tent)
Food Cart or Other – $50 (Specialty items i.e. popcorn, ice cream, smoothies)
Artist/Art/ Paint Vendors – $50 (restricted to artists only!) No platform business or commercially manufactured merchandise allowed. Email: email@example.com for consideration.
Generators require prior approval in order to be permissible on the Fete grounds! Additional terms, standards and provisions i.e. electrical, water, waste, insurance, security, parking and other will be discussed upon acceptance of vendor application.
Food vendors must meet Ingham County Health Department standards and present minimum public liability insurance if accepted. Detailed vendor information will be sent at the time of acceptance.
Vendor applications will be accepted until May 1, 2020.
